| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2009, inter alia, have, in principle approved the merger / amalgamation of its subsidiary namely "CyberMedia (India) Online Ltd" with the parent company "Cybermate Infotek Ltd" and has constituted a sub-committee to examine the financial and legal viability of the proposal and submit a report at a later dated along with draft scheme, if considered viable.
Note : The name of the parent Company should be read as "Cyber Media (India) Ltd". |
