| Exchange Disseminated Time | AuSom Enterprise Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
- To take into consideration the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2015 pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement along with report of auditors thereon.
Further, pursuant to the Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Trading / dealing in the securities of the Company for the directors and other designated employees covered under the Code shall remain closed from May 05, 2015 and reopen after expiry of forty eight (48) hours from the result and other details becomes generally available / disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, for Directors and other designated employees. |
