| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company, in its 100th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2008, had passed a Special Resolution, as per the requirement of Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956, granting permission to the Company to invest in the Equity Shares of GSPC Pipavav Power Company Ltd. (GPPC).
In pursuance of the above, the Company on January 20, 2010, has signed a 'Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement' for subscribing to 49% Equity Share Capital of GPPC. |
