Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of February 01, 2016 to the closure of business hours of February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).

Further, the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
