Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai - 400092, on March 16, 2013, at 11.00 am. to consider and if thought fit, to pass with or with out modification(s) the following resolution under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act 1956 ,for approval of arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between Visagar Media Limited, the Transferor Company with Shalimar Productions Ltd, the Transferee Company. |
