| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Approved to hive-off the 'Chennai Project Division' comprising Chennai Hotel Project' and 'Chennai Residential Project'.
2. Approved the Draft Postal Ballot Notice under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolutions by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 with regard to hiving-off the above said projects.
3. Authorized Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy, Managing Director and Mr. P. Lenin Babu. Company Secretary to carry put the postal ballot process.
4. Approved Mrs. Shilpa Kotagiri, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot. |
