1. Recommended dividend @22% i.e. Rs. 0.44 per equity share, on 15,70,47,715 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each
2. Approved and adopted code of Practices and Procedure for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information pursuant to Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
3. Approved and adopted code of Conduct of Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in accordance with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, 2015.
