| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Thai Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2015; and to transact other incidental and ancillary matters.
Further, for the above purpose and as per the Company's Internal Code of Conducts for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for Specified Persons from 6 PM on July 14, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours from July 25, 2015 after the results are made available to public. |
