| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that the 2506 fully paid up Equity shares of Rs 10/- each, representing total fractional shares on account of Demerger, which were allotted to the trustee on behalf of shareholders, were sold on February 17, 2010 at the rate of Rs. 179.50 each.
The Company has dispatched fractional warrants to the respective Shareholders for disbursement of the entire sale proceeds along with fractional dividend warrants for disbursement of unpaid dividend on the above mentioned fractional shares pertaining to the year 2008-09 declared at the rate of Rs. 1.10 per equity shares dated March 25, 2010. |
