1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
2. To convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company on 26th September, 2017 and fixed the book closure dates from 21st September, 2017 to 26th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
