| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ending March 31, 2008 and to recommend the dividend, if any.
Further the Company has informed that, in view of the above, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Results for the last quarter of the year but will instead be publishing the Audited Results after the said Board Meeting. |
