| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vinyl Chemicals India Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants, one of the Joint Auditors had expressed their unwillingness to continue as Auditors.
At the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 07, 2009 members have resolved that commencing from April 01, 2009, Statutory Audit of the Company shall be conducted by sole Auditor instead of joint Auditors.
M/s. D A Kothari & Co., Chartered Accountants will continue as Sole Aditors. |
