| Exchange Disseminated Time | Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2010, approved the following terms for the forth coming Rights Issue of the Company.
- Terms of Issue:
1. Equity Shares Offered by the Company : 1,75,01,961 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
2. Rights Entitlement for Equity Shares : 1 (One) New Equity Share for every 1 (One) Existing Equity Share
3. Face Value : Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only)
4. Issue Price per Equity Share : Rs. 20/- (inclusive of premium of Rs. 10) per Equity Shares.
5. Equity Shares outstanding prior to the Issue : 1,75,01,961 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
6. Payment Terms : The entire amount of Rs. 20/- per Equity share shall be payable on application. The payment on application would be applied as under :-
- Rs. 10/- per equity share towards Share Capital
- Rs. 10/- per equity share towards Share premium account. |
