| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/07/2016 16:09:20 | Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2016, inter alia, for approval of unaudited accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information”, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) shall remain closed from July 01, 2016 till the second working day after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
An analyst call on the financial results is also scheduled for July 28, 2016. |
