| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/08/2016 17:22:53 | Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that due to heavy rains in Gurgaon, a drainage dam at the backside of the registered office/factory premises over flooded and broke its boundaries. All the water of the drainage dam flooded the registered office-cum-factory premises at midnight on July 28, 2016 and within an hour the whole premises was under more than three feet of water. All the machines in the factory area, CPUs in the office area, the furniture, and the godown of raw and finished goods had sunk in water. The Company has cut down the electricity of the premises temporarily and will be starting it only when the premises and the machines are able and safe for use again.
The manufacturing operations of the factory have been disrupted temporarily due to this and the insurance Company will start accessing the loss soon. The Company will commence its operations only after the machinery will be checked up and met all the safety standards. |
