JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the following new agenda will also be a part of said meeting which is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016;
- To discuss and if think fit, to expand its business into new business segment viz. pharmaceutical segment and for the same, to form a new subsidiary of the Company, if required to do so. |
