This is in continuation of our letter dated.07.11.2017 about the receipt of certified true copy of the order of National Company Law Tribunal sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement.
In this regard, we hereby inform you that the company had filed certified true copy of the above order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal sanctioning the scheme with Registrar of Companies in e-form INC-28 on 23.11.2017. Accordingly, the scheme has become effective from 23.11.2017.
This is for your information, record and meeting the disclosure requirements as prescribed under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
