1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 30, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. K. K. Taparia, as Director.
3. Appointment of M/s. GRV & PK Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company. |
