| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cubex Tubings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 13, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2010, the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, together with the Schedules and notes thereto and the Cash Flow Statement for the Financial Year ended on even date.
2. Appointed Mr. Balakrishna Karande & Dr. K Venkat Ramani, as Directors of the Company whose office is liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointed M/s. P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting up to the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting and authorize the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration. |
