1. The Board appointed M/s. S. K. Jain & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company as per Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board appointed M/s. Sarda Soni & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company for fulfilling the requirement of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
