Aptech Ltd replied stating "This is to clarify that Lakme Lever Private Limited (Lakme) and Maya Entertainment Limited (MEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aptech Limited has signed an agreement in this month, whereunder, MEL will introduce new courses for training in Beauty services segment under the branding - 'Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech'. The Company expects to set up about 3 franchise centres in the current financial year FY 15 for this product, from which revenue is likely to be of the order of Rs. 15-25 lacs with no impact on the bottom line in FY 2015-16." |
