1. To consider, approve and adopt Unaudited Financial Results, along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended, September 30, 2015.
2. To discuss on Policy on the Preservation of Documents.
3. To discuss on Policy on Board Diversity.
4. To discuss on Policy for determining ‘material subsidiaries’
5. To discuss on Policy of Materiality of Related Party Transactions
6. To discuss on Whistle Blower Policy.
Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct’ formed for the prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares will be closed for promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from November 07, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (Both days inclusive) to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. |
