| Exchange Disseminated Time | Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes have taken place on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 28, 2008 :
1. Dr. K Sandip Malli ceased to be Director
2. Shri. K Jeevan Shetty ceased to be Director
3. Dr. B Sudesh Hegde ceased to be Director.
All the above said persons were relatives of Promoters. Board has resolved to not fill the
vacancy caused by the cessation of offices of the directors as stated above, until further decision by the Board. |
