| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orient Green Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, has approved the following;
1. Appointment of Mr. K. V. Kasturi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015 in place of Mr. J. Sivakumar.
Mr. J. Sivakumar, will be moving to a new role in the Promoter Company and will continue to be actively involved in Company.
2. The Board has decided to convene the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 14, 2015. |
