| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2012, has transacted the following:
1. Considered and approved appointment of Mr. Satish B. Samant as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 03, 2012 in place of Mr. Bhupendra P. Dusara who has resigned as CFO. Further, the Audit Committee of the Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Satish B. Samant as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
2. Appointment of Ms. Namita Tiwari as the Company Secretary of the Company.
3. Mr. Malav A. Dani who was appointed as Joint Managing Director by the Board in its Meeting held on August 04, 2011, has been re-redignated as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect by the Board vide resolution passed in the meeting of Board of Directors held on November 03, 2012.
4. Appointed Mr. Venkatapathiah Srinivasa Murthy Arkalgud, as an Additional Director. |
