This is to inform that Ehaat Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) has informed the Company that it has given options to its Employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
The holding of the Company may decrease to 88.60 % (37,70,000 Equity Shares ) , If entire options are exercised.
However, it will continue to remain Subsidiary of the Company.
