| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/07/2016 13:16:42 | S H Kelkar and Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of trading restrictions placed by Clause 8 of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 for all Designated Persons of the Company from August 02, 2016 till August 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
