After this acquisition, the shareholding of N. K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 146804 Equity shares (representing 2.44% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 147549 Equity shares (representing 2.46% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 323690 Equity shares (representing 53.85% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3237335 Equity share (representing 53.87% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
