| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Recommendation of Dividend
- Besides dividend on preference shares, the Board of Directors have also recommended dividend of Rs. 1.75 /- per share on Equity shares of Rs. 7/- each (25%).
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Harshvardhan A. Piramal as Executive Vice Chairman w.e.f. April 01, 2013 subject to the members approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
