1. To start new division for carrying out trading related activity in the field of Packaging, paper and Commodities etc.
2. Subject to permission of shareholders, to revise the salary of Mr. Rajiv Mehta as Executive Director of the Company with the same term.
3. Appointment of Mr. Akshay Chandan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in place of Mr. Asit Desai with immediate effect. |
