1. Mr. Kailash Nath Bhandari an independent director of the Company has resigned from directorship w.e.f. the close of working hours on March 31, 2015 due to some other preoccupation towards pursuing other interests and certain other commitments.
2. Ms. Savita Laxmipathy Acharya (a woman director under Clause 49) has been appointed as additional director (Independent) of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015. |
