1. Allotment of 2,000 Equity Shares each @ Rs. 11.34 per Equity Share to Mr. Sameer Gupte, employee of the Company under the ESOP Scheme; and
2.Grant of 2,50,000 ESOP's to employees of the Company under the ESOP Scheme, 2014 of the Company.
