| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo National Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Draft Notice of Postal Ballot to be sent to the shareholders for passing of the following resolutions.
2. Alteration of Main Objects Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting of postal ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
4. Approval of Calendar of Events for postal ballot.
5. Approval for sending notice of postal ballot to all eligible shareholders of the Company as on September 19, 2014. (Cut-off date as September 19, 2014).
Further, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Calendar of Events. |
