Board approves Bonus Issue

India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2012, has approved subject to approval of members in the ensuing 58th Annual General Meeting capitalisation of Rs. 4.16 crores out of General Reserve, to issue 41,60,000 new equity shares of Rs.10/- each as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs.10/- each credited as fully paid-up for every 1 (one) eligible fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10/- each held by the members as on Record Date.
