| Exchange Disseminated Time | JCT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve:
- the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3) after the Limited Review.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window shall remain closed from February 11, 2015 to February 14, 2015 for the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct. |
