BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 101248W/W-100022), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 008072S), whose term ended at the conclusion of the 49th AGM of the Company.
The term of appointment of M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants shall be for a period of 5 years, subject to the condition that their appointment as the Statutory Auditors shall be placed for ratification at every Annual General Meeting of the Company
