Due to unavoidable personal exigencies the two Independent Directors of the Company have intimated their inability to be present on the 23rd May 2017 for the meeting and since this being the important meeting for consideration of Annual Accounts, the management has preferred majority of the Independent Directors to attend the meeting. Accordingly, it is proposed to postpone the Audit Committee (Scheduled to commence at 10.30 a.m.) and Board Meeting (Scheduled to commence at 02.00 p.m.) to Tuesday the 30th of May, 2017.
