| Exchange Disseminated Time | SRG Infotec Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 30, 2005, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss account for the financial year ended July 31, 2005 and the Balance Sheet as on the report of Auditors and the Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Dilip Bansal as Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s J Kumar and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Delhi as Auditors of the Company, in place of the retiring auditors, M/s. Grover Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, to hold office from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
