| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been fixed on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company for the Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from the November 01, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2014. |
