As already intimated, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 4, 2017 to November 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited standalone Financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from November 13, 2017.
