1. Approved Consolidation of Equity shares of the Company of the face value on of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) to face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each subject to approval of the shareholders by Postal Ballot.
2. Approved Consequential Alteration of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give effect to Consolidation of Face value of the Equity Shares of the Company.
3. Approving and finalizing the notice of postal ballot for obtaining approval of the shareholders for the above referred matters. |
