| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 04, 2015, intimating about the convening of Board Meeting inter alia :
1. To consider, approve and take on record audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015 and audited financial results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the Draft Letter of Offer in connection with the Proposed Rights Issue of the Company.
In this regard, Ashima Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Board Meeting stands cancelled.
Further the Company has informed that :
1. As regards consideration /approval of financial statements / results is concerned, the Company have been permitted to submit / publish the same till June 30, 2015 by an order dated May 11, 2015 of the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT).
2. As regards the Company’s proposed Rights Issue is concerned, the Company is proceeding with the preparatory steps. |
