Further, the Company inform that, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in the code. |
