| Exchange Disseminated Time | TRC Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Audited Annual Accounts of the Company together with necessary annexures and reports along with Directors Report & Auditors Report thereon for the financial year 2009-10 ended on March 31, 2010, were approved and adopted.
2. Appointment of Mr. Harshad Dholakia as Director, who retire by rotation and being eligible, were reappointed.
3. Appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Bhatt as Director, who retire by rotation and being eligible, were reappointed.
4. Reappointment of Auditors, M/s. Johar & Kathpalia, Chartered Accountants.
5. Mr. Vijay M. S. Misquitta was appointed as Managing Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. January 30, 2010. The members have given their consent for the appointment of Mr. Vijay M. S. Misquitta as a Managing Director. |
