| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/11/2016 18:37:33 | | Marsons Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting which was postponed on November 07, 2016 due to unavoidable circumstances was held today i.e. November 08, 2016. The directors present discussed the agenda at length and it was prima facie, inter alia, decided to issue the shares to the promoters and certain willing creditors against settlement of their dues on preferential basis in order to infuse fresh fund to meet the working capital demand of the Company as well as to reduce the credit burden of the Company. The Board authorized the Company Secretary to proceed with the documentations process for the same and to place the entire matter with complete working details in the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to enable the directors to declare a concrete complete proposal for the same. |
