| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shyam Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that the company has accepted the offer for sale of its shareholding i.e 10% of Hexacom India Ltd for Rs 637 million in the form of Rs 550 million in cash and Optionally Convertible Redeemable Debentures (OCRDs) worth Rs 87 million to M/s Bharti Televentures Ltd.
It may also be noted that the company's wholly owned subsidiary i.e Shyam Telelink Ltd has also accepted the offer for its 27.50% holding in Hexacom India Ltd given by Bharti Televentures Ltd for Rs 1751.90 million to be given in the form of equity shares worth Rs 358.70 million and Optionally Convertible Redeemable Debentures (OCRDs) worth Rs 1393.20 million
Shyam Cellular Infrastructure Project Ltd another group company which is also holding 30% in Hexacom India Ltd has also accepted the offer of Bharti Televentures Ltd Rs 1911.10 million to be given in the form of equity shares worth Rs 391.30 million and Optional Convertible Redeemable Debentures worth Rs 1519.80 million.
