Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017, together with copy of Limited Review Report, issued by M/s. Lodha & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company, duly considered and reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on Thursday, the 17th August, 2017, for your record.
The Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) are applicable for the first time to the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
The Meeting of Board of Directors was commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 1.45 P.M.
Kindly treat this as a disclosure under Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations.
