In view of declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, the trading window under the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the specified persons defined in the code from October 18, 2016 and shall open 48 hours i.e., after the announcement of financial results of the Company. |
