"Total shareholding of promoters group in the Company is 2,32,74,505 equity shares, representing 58.95% of the total paid up share capital of the Company.
Out of this 73,95,495 equity shares representing 31.78% of the promoters shareholding and 18.73% of the total paid up share capital of the Company were pledged to all the lenders as per direction from CDR during restructuring.
With the exit of the Company from the CDR all the lenders have released their Pledge on 73,95,495 equity shares.
With above release there are no pledge or any encumbrance on the Promoters' share held in the Company." |
