| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that at its meeting held on December 07, 2011, the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company felt that in order to ensure improved functioning of the Company, the Company should be managed by only one Managing Director. In this context, it was decided that Mr. Parthasarathy continue as Managing Director. Accordingly, Mr. Sridhar would no longer be the Managing Director of the Company. These decisions of the Board will take effect immediately following the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting. |
